From assistance from basic needs attainment, education surrounding impact of these diagnoses on individuals and community awareness, See the Sunrise Again can work to end stigma in our communities.

Program Services

Develop and implement campaigns to educate the public about the challenges of addiction and the recovery process, reducing stigma and promoting understanding. Create a comprehensive resource database that includes information on local treatment facilities, support groups, financial assistance programs, and recovery-friendly employers. Establish peer support networks that connect individuals in recovery with trained peer mentors who can provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Organize workshops and seminars focused on topics such as coping strategies, relapse prevention, and mental health, facilitated by professionals and recovery advocates. Collaborate with local healthcare providers, pharmacies, and community organizations to create a network of support that ensures individuals in recovery have access to necessary medications and healthcare services--
