“College civil dialogue workshops: creating and facilitating workshops to teach students skills such as active constructive responding and curious inquiry to enhance person to person connection through constructive dialogue. In addition to student workshops, workshops will be given to staff, administrators, and faculty. The organization will develop workshops that faculty can provide to students, create a "train the trainer" program for prospective facilitators and expand workshop content to include common ground, compromise, mediation, and other related areas. High school civil dialogue workshops: working with high schools, creating workshops for students and teachers to promote healthy, respectful dialogue behaviors, classroom engagement, and other related behaviors. Research content areas and best practices for workshop interventions: researching and analyzing the science of human connection and civil dialogue, researching and analyzing best practices developed by researchers and institutions that provide relevant curricula, training, and interventions. Compile and disseminate information on connection benefits: to disseminate the science of the benefits of connection and the available workshop options to further the outreach of our work.”
