“The organizations Form 990 is prepared by management in coordination with the organizations external accounting professionals. Upon completion of a draft the Form 990 is reviewed by senior leadership and provided to the Board of Directors for review prior to filing. All members of the governing body are given the opportunity to review the Form 990 and to raise questions or provide comments. The final Form 990 is filed following this review process and a copy is maintained in the organization”
