Rachel scarpato is an employee of high family office which has service agreements with high foundation and high companies (which includes high associates, ltd. As an affiliate).

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Accounting principles require management to evaluate tax positions taken by the organization, including whether the entity is exempt from income taxes. Management evaluated the tax positions taken and concluded that the organization has taken no uncertain tax positions that require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The organization was formed on august 29, 2024 and, therefore, is not subject to income tax examinations by the u.s federal, state, or local tax authorities prior to that date.
