“Recovery Bazaar Inc. DBA Iron House Inc. Hereafter known as Iron House Inc., Acquired the single family housing Property located at 1332 Pine St. at the end of 2025. The Current Home Owner, Nicole Dale, gave possession and ownership stake to Iron House Inc. to run its peer led sober living program, Iron House Recovery Homes. Iron House One is located at 1332 Pine St. Pueblo CO 81104. It is peer led, managed, and governed under the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, PL 100-690 S 2036, similarly to Oxford House, but under a faith based non-profit. Recovery Planning, financial responsibility, and servant leadership are a few of the main program tenets with the following 4 mandatory requirements : "A. the use of alcohol or any illegal drug in the housing provided by the program are prohibited; B. Any resident of the housing, who violates such prohihition will be expelled, C. the costs of the housing, including fees for rent and utilities, will be paid by the residents of such housing, and; D. the residents of the housing will, through a majority vote of the residents, establish policies governing residence in the housing, including the manner in which applications for residence in the housing are approved". Supervisory oversight from members of the church and recovery community ensures all policies are being followed and that everyone is adhering to the principles, rules, and policies set forth by Iron House Inc.”
