Additional Explanations

Balance Sheet Part X

An 8 unit apartment building was donated to the organization by a local church that had received that same building from an outside donor. The building was originally donated to the church for the purpose of providing a housing program to help at risk families in the community. The church, not being in the housing business, in turn immediately donated this building to 12 Stones for this purpose. Flooring materials were donated for the purpose of fixing up the building donated to the organization.

The building was originally donated to the church for the purpose of providing a housing program to help at risk families in the community. The church, not being in the housing business, in turn immediately donated this building to 12 Stones for this purpose. Flooring materials were donated for the purpose of fixing up the building donated to the organization.
