Explanation Regarding Amendment and Fiscal Year Adoption - The Organization commenced operations on July 1, 2024 and, upon formation, adopted a fiscal year ending June 30 as its annual accounting period. The Form 990 originally filed for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 was filed using an incorrect taxable year. The Organizations correct taxable year is July 1 through June 30. To properly establish its fiscal year, the Organization is filing this amended, initial return for the period beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 This amended return is submitted to correct the previously filed return and to conform the Organizations reporting period to its adopted fiscal year. All future Forms 990 will be filed on a fiscal year basis ending June 30.

The Form 990 originally filed for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 was filed using an incorrect taxable year. The Organizations correct taxable year is July 1 through June 30. To properly establish its fiscal year, the Organization is filing this amended, initial return for the period beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 This amended return is submitted to correct the previously filed return and to conform the Organizations reporting period to its adopted fiscal year. All future Forms 990 will be filed on a fiscal year basis ending June 30.
