The Get In Position Foundation, Inc. (GIPF) empowers individuals in underserved communities to understand their kidney health and take control of their wellness journey. In 2025 helped and supported three mentees in our mentorship program with transplant evaluation. 2/3rd of mentees have been listed on a transplant list. and are currently awaiting a kidney transplant.$0$2,800
