“The corporation shall form for the purpose of organizing first responders employed in the field of communication and dispatch officers; to provide benefits of unionization to communication and dispatch officers in the first responder field; to protect and preserve the benefits obtained for members of this organization; to secure improved wages, hours, working conditions and other economic advantages related to benefits through organization, negotiations and collective bargaining, through economic means and other lawful methods.”

“The westchester uniformed dispatchers association, inc. Is organized exclusively for a labor organization of communication and dispatch officers who have combined to protect and promote the members interests by bargaining collectively with their employers to secure better working conditions, wages, and benefits. In addition, no net earnings of the organization may inure to any member. The organization will have a well- established legal defense fund for communication and dispatch officers, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (5) of the internal revenue code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.”
