OBTAINING OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND OR A CONSERVATION EASEMENT OVER THE LAND WILL HELP ENSURE THAT IT REMAINS AS OPEN SPACE WITH RESULTING BENEFITS TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITY.-$40,069
ORCHESTRATION AND COORDINATION OF COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CITY OF MONTEREY REGARDING UPDATES TO THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF ITS GENERAL PLAN TO ENCOURAGE PRESERVATION OF THE TARPEY FLATS AREA AS OPEN SPACE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND BENEFIT OF THE COMMUINITY. THESE ONGOING EFFORTS ARE CONDUCTED BY THE DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF LEGAL COUNCIL.
