THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN FORMED FOR THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF PROMOTING ARTS AND CULTURE WITHIN THE STATE OF COLORADO. THE ORGANIZATION WILL USE, FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, THE RECENTLY-CONSTRUCTED SUNSET AMPHITHEATER LOCATED IN COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO. THE ORGANIZATION'S FOCUS IS TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR UP-AND-COMING MUSICIANS AND NONPROFIT PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPORT AND FOSTER COMMUNITY MUSIC AND MUSICIANS WITHIN THE STATE OF COLORADO.IN ADDITION TO PRODUCING FREE COMMUNITY CONCERTS AND EVENTS, THE ORGANIZATION WILL FROM TIME TO TIME MAKE GRANTS TO OTHER SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS THAT FURTHER THE ORGANIZATION'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF PROMOTING ARTS AND CULTURE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. RECIPIENT ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE SELECTED BY THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND ENDEAVORS.
