Tejano center for community concerns, inc. Has been classified as a publicly supported organization under section 509(a) of the code and contributions to it are tax deductible within the limitations prescribed by the code. Sunrise lofts is single-member limited liability corporation with tejano center for community concerns, inc. As its solemember. As such, sunrise lofts is treated as a pass- through entity for tax purposes. Tccc real estate inc, is a not-for-profit organization under internal revenue code section 501 (c)(3).
