“Our mission is to engage and assist diverse women through gemas' five core principles 1. Guilding: women toward a blend of spiritual and practical tools and resourcs. 2. Empowering - acts 1:8 niv. An invitation to embrace a life that reflects his power, purpose, and love. 3.mentoring: finding healing from within by exploring and embracing the scars that life brings. 4. Armed: through the study of scripture, practical training, and support, connecting with the word of god 5. Spirtual: commitment is anchored on a firm foundation rooted in the lord jesus, as emphasized in luke 6:47-49, colossians 2:6:7.”

“1. Legal and administrative assistance -assisted community members with completing legal and administrative documents, including immigration-related forms. -provided guidance for accuracy and compliance. -referred participants to legal aid organizations when specialized assistance was required.”

“2. Housing and emergency resource support -connected individuals experiencing housing insecurity with shelters and transitional housing programs. -assisted with applications and referrals to housing agencies and community resources.”

“3. Substance individuals facing substance abuse and alcoholism challenges. -referred participants to rehabilitation centers, counseling services, and recovery programs -provided faith-based encouragement and accountability”

Weekly virtual support group -facilitated weekly remote support meetings every tuesday. -provided emotional, spiritual, and peer support. -offer prayer, life guidance, and encouragement to participants. 5. Remote bible study and spiritual development -conducted online bible studies focused on spiritual growth and biblical understanding -encouraged discipleship, prayer, and personal faith development 6. Leadership and empowerment programs -offered leadership training and faith-based empowerment courses, including: -the armor of god -getting closer to jesus (study of hebrews and biblical books) -his miracles (parables and teachings of jesus) -strengthened within (study of james) equipped participants for leadership, service and community involvement 7. Faith-based counseling and mentorship -provided spiritual counseling, mentoring, and prayer support -offer guidance for family restoration, emotional healing, and personal development 8. Community advocacy and referral services -assisted clients in navigating social service systems -coordinated referrals to healthcare, employment, counselling, and social service agencies -provided follow-up and advocacy support.”
