ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0The late filing of this return was due to circumstances beyond the organization's reasonable control. During the reporting period, a key director experienced unexpected mental health challenges, which caused a temporary disruption in organizational operations. This disruption affected internal communication, oversight of administrative responsibilities, and access to and management of the organization's primary business email account, resulting in confusion and delays in receiving and responding to filing-related correspondence. Once the issue was identified, the organization took prompt corrective action to stabilize operations, restore access to communications, and reassign administrative responsibilities as needed. Governance and internal processes have since been clarified, and the organization is now fully back on track and able to resume normal business operations, including timely compliance with all filing and reporting requirements. The organization acted in good faith at all times and did not willfully neglect its filing obligations. The delay was unintentional and directly related to these temporary operational challenges. Procedures have been implemented to prevent similar issues in the future, including improved oversight, redundancy in administrative access, and clearer internal controls.
