The form 990 is then reviewed by the president/ceo and board treasurer and any additional changes are made. Highlights are presented to the finance committee, a subset of the governing body. Upon approval, the form 990 is electronically sent to all voting board members, and then filed with the irs.”

The member who has a conflict will be recused from voting on the conflicted issue.
