The secretary of the board serves as the secretary of the executive committee. During the tax year, the executive committee did exercise its authority to act on behalf of the board on two occasions. The executive committee, with the appropriate authority, approved a resolution to allow for expenditure of funds to cover construction costs for the feedmill, and approve offers on a real estate transaction.”
