“The financial committee and the board of directors review and approve the tax return prior to filing. The tax return is prepared using information from gca's audited financial statement, which is reviewed and approved by the finance committee and the board of directors.”

“Part vi, section b, line 12c the board of directors shall sign a statement which affirms such person: 1. Has received a copy of the conflicts of interest policy. 2. Has read and understood the policy. 3. Has agreed to comply with the policy, and 4. Understands the organization is a 501(c) tax exempt organization and in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt puroses.”

Recommendations by the executive committee are subject to review and approval by the board of directors and documented via signed letter by the current president approving all changes to wages and bonuses.”
