It does not involve an independent party. Key administrative employees compensation is approved annually as part of a salary schedule. The salaries and benefits for all employees are reviewed and approved annually as part of the fiscal year budget. Salary and other forms of compensation are also adjusted following a triennial salary review where salary schedule and benefits are compared with those of our benchmark schools.”

“| Explanation:| Pre-Kindergarten program offers an outstanding educational program that allows each student to grow and be challenged at their individual level of readiness. Pre-Kindergarten students learn important social and emotional skills as well as early math literacy and science concepts. They also attend daily specialist classes which include art music physical education Indian studies and library time. The Elementary School aims to foster curious responsible and caring global citizens. We believe that children thrive in an environment that is warm caring and rich with resources and opportunities. Our students engage in experiences that develop a strong foundation in academics the arts world languages and physical education. Middle School - We want students to go deep to lose themselves in a few subjects each day instead of tying themselves to transitions and to the clock. We give them a wider space for discovering themselves and their subjects. At AES the course schedule repeats every 8 days and they focus on just four 85-minute classes each day in a rotating block schedule. Our students have a variety of elective choices in addition to year-long classes including visual and performing arts robotics Model UN and more. High School program offers a rigorous university preparatory program which includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme IBDP and some Advanced Placement AP options. Grades 9 and 10 provide a foundation for success for both the AES High School Diploma or entry into the IBDP. Enrollment in IB and AP classes is open to all students. The high school operates on an 8-day block schedule with 4 class periods each day. Most students are enrolled in 7 or 8 classes each semester.”
