“Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b - Form 990 and related schedules are prepared by the Executive Director based on FHF's accounting records and financial statements which are reviewed by the entire Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. Form 990 and related schedules are reviewed by the Board Chair and Treasurer. Once reviewed and approved as correct and in compliance with grant funders and applicable federal and state regulatory agencies, it is signed by the Executive Director and submitted via e-file.”

“Form 990, Part VI, Section B., Line 12c - FHF maintains a written conflict of interest policy. The Executive Director and Program Manager monitor and enforce compliance with this policy.”

“FHF's salaries and hourly rate are set forth in the Salary Standardization Policy which includes a 10-step salary and wages chart. All exception from the policy for new hired and current employees promoted are reviewed and approved by the Executive Director. The salary and wages chart5 is reviewed and updated every 3 to 5 years to reflect current pay scales of similar organizations and positions.”
