The organization is a real estate holding corporation with three officers and four directors. The transactions of the organization are primarily rent collection and expense disbursements for the benefit of the property/building. These expenditures are reviewed during the audit of the parent organization with which fmf reality is consolidated. In addition, the officers and directors are requested to disclose any conflicts of interest on an annual basis.

The process to review compensation includes comparability to similar positions and approval by the board. However, none of the officers are compensated by the organization so this process is not used at the current time.
