Part V, Line 4: Intended uses of the endowment fund.

The organization's temporarily restricted endowment type assets will be used for the renovations of a new theatre building.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The organization is a nonprofit corporation, which operates as a public charity and is exempt from federal and state corporate income taxes under internal revenue code 501(c)(3), and similar state statutes. Significant tax positions taken by the organization include classification of all of its activities as exempt-purpose activities, depreciable lives of owned assets and capitalization thresholds for purchased/donated assets. Management has considered its tax positions and believes that all of the positions taken in its federal and state exempt organization tax returns are more likely than not to be sustained upon examination. The organization's returns are subject to examination by federal and state taxing authorities, generally for three years and four years, respectively, after they were filed.
