Planned parenthood la a related organization noted on schedule r has a conflict of interest policy that also applies to this organization. These policies are as follows: the related organization regularly and consistently monitors and enforces compliance with the written conflict of interest policy by ensuring that disclosure forms are properly filled out on an annual basis. All of the related organization's staff and board members are subject to the conflict of interest policy. Once the disclosure forms are filled out, they are reviewed by an officer of the related organization. If any conflicts of interest are noted, the officer will report them to the executive director of the related organization. Intentional or willful violation of the policy may subject the individual to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, as well as possible personal liability for civil or criminal sanctions.
