The Organization's agent - Figueroa Economical Housing and Community Development is the custodian of governing documents and financial records and upon request can make them available to the public.As noted in Section B / Question 12(a) the Organization does not have a written conflict of interest policy and as such cannot be provided for public inspection.

Part VIII / Line 7(A) - Sale of Building

On january 6, 2017 the sponsors of the organization agreed to the sale of the building owned by the organization at sale price of $4,500,000.00. The sale transaction resulted in the following: (1) the organization carried back a note in the amount of $422,339(2) transferred the existing hud loan in the amount of $1,894,393 to the buyer of the property (hud loan as assumed by the buyer)(3) net remaining proceeds in the amount of $2,184,268 were loaned to bluegreen preservation and development, llc. This advance is non-interest bearing and is due upon demand.
