The corporation organized as a charitable organization to construct new, low-income housing for persons of limited financial means, handicapped persons and ederly persons and to assist generally, in the allevation of housing shortages for such persons throughtout the united states. During the year, the organization received credit for a fee for housing related services from a related partnership which was credited to its capital account. Since the foundation business activity is to create and provide low-income housing for qualified persons, management believes that this fee represents related business income that is consistent with its charter's public purpose.
