STATEMENT ON CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY FILING:

On may 1, 2024, fame/good shepherd center housing development corporation ("debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief in the united states bankruptcy court for the central district of california under the provisions of chapter 7 of the united states bankruptcy code. The case number is 2:24-bk-13434-nb. John j. Menchaca is the duly appointed and acting chapter 7 trustee for the debtor's bankruptcy estate. Mr. Menchaca is located at 835 wilshire blvd, #300, los angeles, california 90017. For reference, attached at the back of this return are copies of the first page of the debtor's bankruptcy petition and notice of the chapter 7 case. The income tax returns have been prepared from available records of the debtor and from trust accounting records provided by the chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. In connection with the debtor's insolvency, many accounting records were not adequately maintained and/or were not provided to the trustee. Records and information necessary to provide a complete and accurate accounting are not available and cannot be reconstructed. Consequently, no assurance can be provided either by the tax preparer or the trustee that this return accurately reflects all transactions of the estate. To the extent that accounting transactions, records and other information were available, or could be reconstructed;such information has been included herein.
