IRS990/Desc0Since 1977, Hospice of the Valleys has been a community based nonprofit organization, dedicated to providing exceptional hospice care to the residents and their families in the communities of Southwest Riverside County and Fallbrook. The dedicated team of physicians, nurses, social workers, home health aides, chaplains, bereavement counselors, and volunteers, guided by providing compassion and excellence, strive to provide the best patient-centered end of life care for all, regardless of their inability to pay. Each year, Hospice of the Valleys provides hospice and bereavement support to approximately 400 patients and their families.
