| IRS990/Desc | 0 | Padua Village is a long-term residential program comprising two homes that serve adults with developmental disabilities. Designed for individuals who have completed rehabilitation yet require continued supervision, the program offers a least restrictive environment where residents can participate in activities that promote self-reliance and personal growth. During the year, Padua Village averaged 11.0 residents per month. Apple Valley and Rancho Pino Verde (Lucerne Valley) are dedicated to supporting individuals with traumatic or acquired brain injuries (TBI or ABI). These safe, compassionate environments are designed to help residents regain independence, build essential life skills, and foster community connections while honoring their dignity and self-esteem. Residents receive 24-hour supervision from a board-certified medical director and a multidisciplinary staff of administrators, nurses, neuropsychologists, case managers, dietitians, activity coordinators, and residential aides. All staff are trained in crisis prevention intervention and behavioral management. Residents also have access to Casa Colina's complete continuum of medical and rehabilitative care. During the year, the Apple Valley program averaged 22.7 residents per month, while Rancho Pino Verde averaged 34.8 residents per month. |
