THIS COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM UTILIZED ADVANCED MOTION-SENSING TECHNOLOGY AND AI-DRIVEN ANALYTICS TO MONITOR RESIDENTS' MOBILITY PATTERNS AND PROVIDE EARLY ALERTS TO STAFF WHEN CHANGES INDICATED AN INCREASED RISK OF FALLS. THE SYSTEM ALLOWED CAREGIVERS TO MAKE PROACTIVE CARE DECISIONS THROUGH A CENTRALIZED DIGITAL DASHBOARD THAT SUPPORTED TIMELY INTERVENTIONS AND INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS.ALONGSIDE THE TECHNOLOGY, THE PROGRAM FEATURED EXTENSIVE STAFF TRAINING IN FALL PREVENTION STRATEGIES AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE, AS WELL AS RESIDENT-SPECIFIC MOBILITY ASSESSMENTS DESIGNED TO INFORM TAILORED SUPPORT PLANS. WELLNESS INITIATIVES FOCUSED ON BALANCE AND STRENGTH-BUILDING WERE OFFERED TO RESIDENTS, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY EVALUATIONS WERE CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY TO ELIMINATE POTENTIAL FALL HAZARDS IN BOTH PRIVATE APARTMENTS AND COMMON AREAS.THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HELPANY PROGRAM RESULTED IN A 90% REDUCTION IN FALLS AT HOUSING MESA COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR. THIS ACHIEVEMENT SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCED RESIDENT SAFETY, REDUCED EMERGENCY MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS, AND UNDERSCORED CHRISTIAN HOUSING MESA'S COMMITMENT TO DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY, MISSION-DRIVEN CARE TO OLDER ADULTS WITH LIMITED FINANCIAL MEANS.FOUNDED IN 1979, THE CHRISTIAN CARE COMPANIES BEGAN WITH 96 UNITS OF SUBSIDIZED HOUSING AND A NURSING CENTER ON THE PHOENIX CAMPUS. THE NURSING CENTER CORNERSTONE QUOTES PSALM 71:9, CAST ME NOT OFF IN THE TIME OF OLD AGE; FORSAKE ME NOT WHEN MY STRENGTH FAILETH. THE ORGANIZATION IS ON
