When the land is subdivided, the organization will receive title to the designated parcel upon which the facilities have been built. Until the land is subdivided, the organization, for a nominal rent amount, has a leasehold site control over the parcel. Thus, ownership of the partnership interest is the method to acquire the parcel, which is, and will be, used for its exempt purpose.”
