Under this certification, hud approved foundation property management, inc. To manage the pioneer towers apartment community both prior to its sale in 2011, and going forward as it continues to fund pioneer towers rhf partners, lp. Stuart j. Hartman and peter oscar peabody are compensated by foundation property management, inc. As follows: base compensation of $212,047 and $189,626, other compensation of $5,400 and $5,400, deferred compensation of $18,573 and $5,689, and nontaxable benefits of $24,108 and $17,042, respectively.”

“There shall be one member, who shall be the sponsor of the corporation. The sponsor of the corporation is retirement housing foundation. The sponsor shall act through its board of directors or the designated representatives of said board.”
