Develop and prepare athletes for national & international competition at the under-23, paralympic and senior levels. Usrowing, the sport's national governing body, has named lbra as a usrowing training center partner as of february 2011. Currently there are six national & olympic hopeful athletes training here, at about 20 hours per week each, free of charge. Began hosting the california adaptive rowing programs, free of charge, to approximately 100 people per year.”
