REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND NATIONAL AND STATE CONVENTIONS AND MEETINGS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY AND ON NEW REAL ESTATE PRACTICES. THE INFORMATION IS THEN DISSEMINATED AMONGST THE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION.--
