During the tax year 2020, the organization received covid-19 federal stimulus payments in the amount of 900,207. In accordance with the regulations, because this amount is in excess of 750,000, a single audit under omb circular a-133 is required. It is the organizations's intent to complete this requirement and file it timely. This is the first time that a single audit is required, and based upon the circumstances of the covid-19 stimulus payments and the amounts received. Based upon the amounts received in 2021, which are under the 750,000 threshold, that the organization will be required to complete a single audit in the future, pending any additional federal stimulus programs in the future.
