Educationplanned parenthood los angeles provides comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education, outreach and training to teens, women and men throughout los angeles county. Programs reach youth, parents, families, teachers, health care providers, partner agencies and schools with thoughtful, culturally-appropriate, research-based education and training tools. These tools and information are designed to prevent unintended pregnancy, infection and disease while promoting self esteem, individual responsibility, healthy communication, strong families and communities. This is achieved with programs that focus on educating students in high school and middle schools; developing skills and sharing information with young people in their communities; training latina women as community educators; engaging parents and adults who work with families; training professionals; and providing resources and information to the community. Each year, ppla reaches 72,000 individuals with honest, factual education and outreach information about sexuality in order to make health decisions.

CLIENT SERVICESProvides credentialing services, licensing, training and other support functions for PPLA clinics.
