“1. Added bylaw item 5.7, to establish procedures for conducting emergency meetings.2. Added bylaw item 3.4, requiring an approval date of the ASI Election Code and ASI Election Timeline by the Board of Directors.3. Amended section 3.4 to reflect current operational practices, organizational updates, and legal compliance. Amended section 3.5 to include changes to the ASI Election Code, 3.6 for Special Election updates, 3.7 to update ASI membership fees, and 4.3 to address Recruitment & Development committee members who declare as candidates and campaign managers. Updated the glossary of terms regarding the definition of Board, Board Member, and Board of Directors.4. Amended section 7.4.4 to clarify the starting date when the Chair of the UUAB must be on campus to begin his/her responsibilities.5. Amended section 7.1.2 to ensure consistent verbiage in the UUAB Operations Code and ASI Bylaws when stating students may run for one ASI elected position in a single election cycle.6. Amended section 7.4.3.7 to ensure consistency when appointing Ad Hoc committee members.7. Amended section 4.4.2 to define the process of identifying the total number of entitled seats on the ASI Board of Directors when an Academic College's enrollment counts change.8. Amended section 4.3.4.1.2 to standardize the number of allowable Directors on ASI Standing Committees.9. Amended section 5.1.2 to implement a new avenue to express the opinion of the ASI Board of Directors. An Endorsement is intended to be limited to an opinion on simple matters, and allows for an expedited process for a person or entity to obtain the ASI Board of Directors approval without having to go through the Resolution process. An Endorsement is the opinion of the ASI Board of Directors on a detailed written concept, and is void if the concept changes.”
