“At the end of each fiscal year, the general manager and the fiscal officer of the organization provide an income statement and balance sheet. Based on this data and in consultation with the fiscal officer, the tax return is prepared and reviewed by the board's executive and finance committees before filing. The general manager is also consulted as needed. All governors receive an electronic copy at its next meeting followed by posting on the faculty club website. Hard copies are made available upon request.”
