The organization makes copies of the returns and distributes to thoseindividuals charged with governance. Those individuals at that time can review andif applicable discuss any line items in the return with the accountant. If all items are found to be acceptable, the accountant will complete the tax process by e-filing the returns or preparing the forms to be paper-filed with the designated governmental agencies. If the tax returns are paper-filed, the tax returns are signed by the organization, stamped with certified return receipt and timely placed in the mail for filing.”
