“The association is comprised of a single type of member. Any pipeline or company owning an interest in or operating a pipeline transporting petroleum, petroleum products, or other liquids is eligible for membership in the association.”

The association's president-ceo will monitor proposed or ongiong transactions for conflicts of interest and disclose them to the chair of the board of directors in order to deal with potential or actual conflicts, whether discovered before or after the transaction has occurred.”
