“THE BYLAWS WERE AMENDED OCTOBER 2024. THE AMENDMENT MODIFIED MULTIPLE SECTIONS. Significant Changes are as follows:Article II, Section 4, Invitation to become a fellow and commencement of membership: changed date of submissions to December 15, changed number each fellow may nominate to 2 canidates, and added invited fellows-elect shall become fellow upon (1) payment of annual dues and (2) attendance of first annual meeting. Also added to remain a fellow, he/she must attend one annual meeting every 3 years.Article II, Section 5, Termination of Membership: Added reapplication for membership requirements. Article III, Section 1, Corporate powers;exercise by board: Added the board shall develop or revise, adopt by majority vote of board, and provide to fellows a three-year strategic plan in time for annual meeting every three years.Article III, Section 2, number and qualfication of directors: changed number of directors to no less than 12 and no more that 15. Article IV, Section 1, standing committees: added a recruitment committee and described tasks and changed the standing committee requirements.Article IV, Section 2, ad hoc committees - added chair requriements of the committee.”
