“Coachart's official los angeles board and bay area advisory board have combined into a single board. Board members cap had changed from 25 to 45. 3-year term limits have been changed to unlimited 2-year terms. Executive committee has the power to elect new members. Bylaws have changed in accordance. Board agree to these changes at 1/24/20 board retreat and officially voted in survey thereafter.”
