“| Explanation:| Explanation of all functional expenses: Program service expenditures encompassed a broad range of educational and community support activities aligned with the PTOs mission to enhance the learning environment at Argonne Elementary. These included classroom discretionary grants totaling $11,793 to provide teachers with flexible resources for instructional needs; staff discretionary funds of $2,954 to assist with additional academic or classroom support; and community-building initiatives such as events totaling $22,975 Field Day Parent Education Pawpalooza Spring Fair and other events and hospitality expenses of $1,899 to foster family engagement and school spirit. The PTO also contributed $29,843 in field trip support to ensure equitable access to enrichment opportunities for all students and $281,272 in site support to fund vital programs supplies and school improvements Class Size Reduction Staff Support Student Council Graduation Green Argonne and other Site Support. Additional program support included curriculum development and enrichment resources of $10,682 staff appreciation efforts totaling $7,349 and volunteer appreciation of $236 recognizing parent participation. The Chinese After-School Program CASP incurred summer program expenses of $4,093 enrichment program costs of $4,934 payroll expenses for instructional and support staff of $217,795 teacher appreciation costs of $1,458 and supplies and materials of $1,568 essential to daily program operations.”
