Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

Copies of Financial Statements and Forms 990, 199, and RRF-1 are placed in a cloud based storage folder for all Board Members and the Executive Director to review prior to filing. Authority to sign the tax return is assigned to the Board of Director treasurer.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Board members shall not engage in any transaction or arrangement or undertake positions with other organizations that involve a conflict of interest, or the appearance of a conflict. If the Board has reasonable cause to believe that a Board member has failed to comply with this Policy, the Board may make such further investigation as may be warranted in the circumstances. If the Board determines that the Board member has in fact failed to comply with this Policy, it shall take appropriate action in accordance with law and the IPPF's Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws, which may include removal from office.
