Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america require management to evaluate tax positions taken by the trust and foundation, and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the trust and foundation have taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the trust and foundation, and has concluded that as of june 30, 2015 and 2014, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The trust and foundation are subject to audits by taxing authorities; however, there are currently no audits for any periods in progress. Management believes the trust and foundation are no longer subject to u.s. Federal, state, and local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years ending prior to june 30, 2012.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES GENERALLY ACCEPTED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REQUIRE MANAGEMENT TO EVALUATE TAX POSITIONS TAKEN BY THE TRUST AND FOUNDATION, AND RECOGNIZE A TAX LIABILITY (OR ASSET) IF THE TRUST AND FOUNDATION HAVE TAKEN AN UNCERTAIN POSITION THAT MORE LIKELY THAN NOT WOULD NOT BE SUSTAINED UPON EXAMINATION BY TAXING AUTHORITIES.
