ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0Washington Food Coalition went through an Executive Director transition with the old Executive Director leaving in March 2019, and the new Executive Director starting in October 2019. In addition, the organization also went through a transition in accounting firms shortly after this. Because of this, the organization was focused on providing their essential services to Hunger Relief Organizations, and was not able to file the 990 by the deadline. We are requesting full relief of any penalties and interest due to the 990 late filing.
