Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Federal and state taxes - the project is owned by a non-profit tax-exempt corporation under irc 501(c)(3) for federal purposes, and as a non-profit tax-exempt corporation is not required to file a state corporate tax return. Therefore no provision for income taxes is included in the accompanying financial statements. Management of ali has analyzed the tax positions taken with regards to the project and has concluded that as of december 31, 2024 there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require disclosure in the financial statements. Ali is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however there are currently no audits for any tax period in progress. Ali's management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to december 31, 2021.
