As a result, the consolidated financial statements for the year ended december 31, 2017 have been restated to properly reflect a reduction of revenue recognized under the aforementioned project (totaling $386,543), and accordingly the 2018 opening net assets have also been restated by the same amount in the accompanying 2018 consolidated statement of activities and change in net assets.”
