Mission

The organization's primary purpose is to provide information to public and private organizations about the location of underground utilities, where construction might otherwise result in a catastrophy if the location was not known.

Receive details about upcoming digging activity from excavators and transmit that information to utility owners that have underground facilities in the dig site area so the owners can locate and mark their facilities at the site to protect them from excavation damage.
