Form 990 and supporting schedules are reviewed by the Executive Team prior to filing. The team is comprised of the CEO, COO, CFO, CNO, and CRO.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

Each member of the Board of Trustees must sign annually a Conflict of Interest Statement, and are requested to recuse thelselves from voting on any actionable item from which they might benefit.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 15B: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees

CEO compensation is established after reviewing market studies and comparable hospitals, as well as reviewing the CEO performance. A compensation committee made up of members of the Board of Trustees reviews this data and establishes the salary. Other officers and key employees' salaries are established reviewing similar data and performance, with the CEO and COO making the final compensation decision.
