Financial Statement Notes

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The Organization qualifies for exemption from income taxes under provision Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and Sections 23701 (d) of the California Corporations Code. Accordingly, there is no provision for income taxes recorded in the financial statements. As required by the Income Tax Topic of FASB ASC 740, the Organization recognizes the effect of income tax positions only if those positions are more likely than not be being sustained. The Organization does not believe its financial statements include any uncertain tax positions.

The Organization does not believe its financial statements include any uncertain tax positions.
