Any changes in compensation are approved in advance of implementation by the Executive Committee, a committee composed of individuals who have no conflict of interest with respect to Renaissance or the CEO. Renaissance has developed a salary range schedule to ensure that all staff are paid within appropriate ranges for their skills, expertise and the responsibilities of their position. Renaissance reviews this salary schedule as well as the CEO's compensation against numerous resources including the Fair Pay for Northern California Nonprofit Survey, Glassdoor and Salary.com.”
